Back End Developer

Company Description
Target Dial builds AI voice agents and lead-gen systems for service businesses in North America. We're looking for a backend developer to own our stack: keep it stable, ship fast, and be the gatekeeper for every change that hits production.
What you'll do
Own our backend: Python services, Supabase (Postgres) and AWS (EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch)
Build and maintain integrations with GoHighLevel, Retell (voice AI), Twilio, Stripe and Gmail
Ship daily with Claude Code, then review, test and clean up what the AI writes
Review and merge every change through GitHub PRs, so nothing breaks production
Clean up our data, including duplicates, sync jobs and security filters
You're a fit if you
Have 3–5 years of backend experience with Python and SQL
Already use Claude Code or Cursor every day, which is a must
Have real AWS experience and can read logs and debug on your own
Have built API integrations (telephony or voice AI is a big plus)
Write clear English and give async updates without being chased
Can overlap 2–3 hours each day with Toronto mornings (ET)

Direct work with the founder, with no layers of management
