Handle end-to-end recruitment .
Source, screen, and interview candidates; coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring. Admin Work :40% 1. Vendor Management & Negotiation
Coordinate with vendors regarding services, pricing, quotations, and operational requirements.
Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive rates and cost-effective services.
Discuss service-related issues, pending requirements, and payment terms with vendors.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
Maintain vendor relationships and records of quotations, negotiations, and agreements. 2. Keka Software & Store Ticket Management
Monitor daily tickets and issues raised by Medkart stores through Keka software.
Understand store-related issues and coordinate with the concerned vendors or internal teams for resolution.
Follow up on open and pending tickets until closure.
Ensure timely updates to the concerned stores regarding ticket status.
Maintain proper records of tickets, actions taken, and resolution status.
