Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting in the management of an attorney’s caseload
Including but not limited to calendaring state, federal, appellate, arbitration, internal deadlines, and hearings
Preparing basic legal forms and documents for attorney review
Initiating cases and assisting the handling attorney through settlement procedures.
Filing in state, federal, and appellate courts, and corresponding with clients, class members, and court personnel
There is ample opportunity to take on new challenges and responsibilities for candidates who demonstrate they are eager and capable
Compensation & Benefits:
Expected Range: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
