🕒 Position: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Schedule, Nights & Weekends Required)
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
Support and guide servers during shifts to ensure smooth operations
Train new front-of-house staff and help maintain performance standards
Monitor table flow and assist with floor management as needed
Resolve guest issues with professionalism and urgency
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, specials, and restaurant policies
Work closely with management to ensure consistency in service and team morale
Work closely with the back of house for smooth communication
Requirements
4–6 years of serving experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to delegate tasks, coach team members, and lead by example
Calm under pressure, with excellent multitasking abilities
Must be organized, dependable, and guest-focused
California Food Handler Card required; RBS certification a plus
Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
