We are looking for an experienced, commercially-minded Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly growing global team. Working closely with our CMO, you will own Craze’s affiliate programme – recruiting, managing and scaling partnerships to drive new player acquisition and first-time deposits (FTDs) across our global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own Craze’s affiliate acquisition strategy, driving new players and FTDs at target cost per
FTD, player quality and ROI.
• Recruit and onboard affiliates, media buyers, streamers and creators, building a diversified
partner base across key markets.
• Negotiate and manage CPA, revenue-share and hybrid deals, and secure premium exposure
with top-performing partners.
• Manage the affiliate platform – tracking links, S2S postbacks, commission plans and
payments.
• Monitor traffic quality and fraud, including bonus abuse, duplicate accounts and incentivised
traffic.
• Supply partners with high-converting creative and offers, working with the creative team.

• Manage affiliate budgets and report performance (FTDs, cost per FTD, NGR, LTV by partner)
to the CMO and senior leadership.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on affiliate management experience in iGaming.
• Essential: proven track record growing affiliate acquisition and FTDs for crypto casinos and
internationally licensed operators across global markets.
• Essential: an established network of iGaming and crypto affiliates and media buyers.
• Essential: technically strong – affiliate platforms, tracking, S2S postbacks and attribution.
• Strong advantage: experience managing influencer, streamer and creator partnerships.
• Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of CPA, revenue-share and hybrid models,
NGR and LTV.
• Strong analytical skills; SQL or BI tools (e.g. Power BI) advantageous.
• Strong understanding of affiliate compliance and responsible marketing requirements across
jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of crypto and crypto payments.
• Self-starter and team player, comfortable owning results in a fast-paced start-up.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM India Time
Work Setup: Fully remote
Employment Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor.
Note: As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes and benefits. While this role does not include paid leave, you are free to take time off as needed. Please also note that you will be required to provide your own equipment.
