Responsibilities
As a Pathway Intern, you will be an active member of a professional team. Your daily tasks will be designed to build your skills and confidence. Key responsibilities include:
Actively participate in all assigned on-the-job and classroom-based training to develop technical and professional skills.
Work alongside experienced mentors and team members to complete real-world projects and tasks.
Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and safety protocols in a professional work environment.
Develop critical soft skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management.
Track progress toward learning goals and collaborate with program staff to ensure a successful training experience.
Contribute positively to the team environment and demonstrate a commitment to professional growth.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Ages 16-24 or an adult with barriers to employment.
A strong work ethic and a dependable, positive attitude.
Eagerness to learn new skills and accept constructive feedback.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to completing the full term of the apprenticeship program.
Preferred Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is a plus but not required.
A demonstrated interest in one of our target industries (e.g., skilled trades, healthcare, IT, manufacturing).
