Facilities & Security Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Facilities & Security Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain and improve our facility's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, including building systems, equipment, and grounds.
Directs the maintenance, repair, security and upkeep of the company’s fleet of vehicles within the annual budget
Coordinates and supervise preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Manages a team of facilities associates, maintenance technicians, and contractors, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Collaborate with operations, security, and logistics teams to support seamless workflows.
Manages vendor relationships and contracts for repairs, equipment servicing, and supplies procurement.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree with technical training in plant engineering/plant maintenance, electrical and HVAC or equivalent qualification.
At least five (5) years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related supervisory role, preferably in a distribution or warehouse setting.
Strong understanding of building systems, machinery, and preventive maintenance practices.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety regulations.
Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
