What You’ll Do:
Clean interior & exterior windows
Perform gutter cleaning and small repairs
Soft wash houses, decks, and patios
Power wash surfaces
Install holiday lights
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Prepare simple estimates and follow up with customers
What We Expect:
Attendance and dependability are critical—our customers count on us
Excellent customer service skills
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Comfortable with ladders (most work is 1–2 stories)
Lift 25 lbs regularly and perform physical work all day
Clean, professional appearance—no facial tattoos while representing the company
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
What You’ll Get:
Pay: After training, up to $23–$25/hr for commission-eligible employees
