The Recruiting Sub-Vendor Partner will collaborate with an established recruitment firm to fill exclusive hiring mandates across IT, non-IT, product, and startup sectors.
This freelance opportunity is ideal for independent recruiters, boutique recruitment agencies, and experienced placement partners with a strong network of Indian talent.
You will focus on candidate sourcing, screening, and submission, while the internal team manages client relationships, business development, and job order acquisition.
Working with confirmed job mandates and agreed recruitment fees, you can concentrate on delivering qualified candidates efficiently.
The role requires the ability to respond quickly to new vacancies, with candidate submissions expected within 48 hours of receiving a job order.
