What You’ll Do
Receive and process cargo shipments for dispatch
Verify documentation, labeling, and shipment details
Maintain accurate records of cargo movement, invoices, and tracking logs
Inspect cargo for accuracy, condition, and discrepancies
Ensure shipments meet company standards and handling procedures
Coordinate with team members to resolve shipment issues or delays
Support smooth daily cargo operations across departments

Qualifications
High School Diploma
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
Experience
Experience in cargo handling, logistics, customer service, or a related field is an asset
Training will be provided for the right candidate

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Basic problem-solving skills when handling shipment issues

Requirements
