Embedded Software Technical Lead | ADAS | AI/ML | Automotive Embedded Systems
🚗 We are hiring an experienced Embedded Software Engineer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Automotive Embedded Systems, ADAS, and AI-driven development.
🔹 Experience: 3-6 Years
🔹 Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Requirement analysis, interface definition, and system design aligned with feature expectations
✅ Lead embedded software development, debugging, integration, and validation activities
✅ Drive technical solutioning, mentor team members, and conduct design/code reviews
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for dependency management and delivery planning
✅ Prepare software designs from requirements, estimate tasks, identify dependencies, and drive execution
✅ Explore and introduce innovative tools and technologies into product development
✅ Apply AI/ML techniques for automotive use cases, calibration support, data pipelines, and data labeling (ADAS)
✅ Utilize GenAI and AI-assisted tools for code generation, debugging, validation, and productivity improvements
✅ Contribute to AI-driven quality engineering through test optimization, defect prediction, and coverage enhancement
Required Technical Skills:
✔ Strong programming experience in Embedded C/C++
✔ Expertise in debugging and integration of embedded software
✔ Good understanding of Microcontrollers, RTOS, and Embedded Architectures
✔ Hands-on experience with CAN, LIN, and Ethernet protocols
✔ Knowledge of UDS, DEM, DCM, Diagnostics, COM, and Failure Management
✔ Understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
✔ Experience in signal processing and feature extraction from CAN, Radar, and Camera data
✔ Knowledge of AUTOSAR and AI-enabled development approaches
✔ Experience with AI-assisted development environments and automation frameworks
✔ Exposure to ADAS domains including Radar, Camera, Sensor Fusion, and Domain Controllers
✔ Understanding of Agile SDLC methodologies
