We're Hiring Remote Pharmacy Technicians!
Are you an experienced Pharmacy Technician with strong customer service and call center experience? We are seeking 50 Remote Pharmacy Technician Prior Authorization Representatives to support a growing healthcare team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work from home while assisting members, providers, and healthcare professionals through the prior authorization process.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle high-volume inbound calls from members, providers, and healthcare professionals
✅ Support the Prior Authorization process by reviewing requests and documenting approvals/denials
✅ Maintain accurate and timely documentation
✅ Escalate clinical questions and judgment-based decisions to Pharmacists
✅ Navigate multiple systems while assisting callers
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and written communication
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience
Minimum 1 year of high-volume inbound call center experience
Healthcare, PBM, Insurance, Medical Office, or Pharmacy environment preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience using MS Teams and Outlook
Strong computer navigation and data entry skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred Qualifications
Active Pharmacy Technician License, Certification, or Trainee License
Prior Authorization experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Schedule & Training
Training Schedule (6 Weeks):
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CT
Work Schedule:
Assigned 8-hour shifts
Between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CT
Monday-Friday
