HOPE Farm Graduate Interns are to operate and engage with the ministry as professional employees. - Commit to following the standard of behavior set by HOPE Farm's Behavioral Expectations for Staff
- Be responsible for taking the Ministry Safe Child Abuse Awareness & Prevention Course
- Develop and execute six learning goals while at HOPE Farm, including academic, professional, and personal goals
- Collaborate and complete work-related and goal-related tasks for HOPE Farm and with fellow staff
- Attend weekly HOPE Farm staff meetings and schedule sufficient check-ins with your supervisor
