Sales Supervisor

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and results-driven professional to fill the position of Sales Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a proven sales track record, and a commitment to achieving excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, guide, and support the sales team in achieving departmental targets and objectives.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing ongoing coaching and professional development to team members.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support organizational growth.
Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and the prompt resolution of customer concerns.
Coordinate effectively with the Parts, Service, and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Implement approved sales strategies and promotional initiatives as directed by management.
Requirements:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver’s license.
Experience within the automotive, heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sectors will be considered an asset.
