Who Succeeds Here
We're building a crew of dependable painters who want a long-term trade career, not a summer gig. Painting or construction experience preferred — but if you show up on time, take ownership without needing a babysitter, and care about the details, we'll teach you the rest.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
Straight Talk
This is physical work — hot days, demanding projects, high standards. We push hard and back our crew up in return. If you want a real trade career with room to grow, this is it.
