About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
You’re Probably Already Running Operations.
The Question Is — Are You Finally Ready to Be Paid and Empowered Like It?
At LuxBrush Painting Company, we’re looking for a Field Operations Manager to lead production across high-end residential painting, carpentry, and home services projects throughout Southern Vermont.
This is not a desk job.
You’ll be on job sites, in trucks, leading crews, solving problems, protecting margins, and helping shape how a 29-year-old company continues to grow.
Sound Familiar?
Maybe right now:
You’re carrying estimator, foreman, and operations responsibilities — but only getting paid for one.
You’re fixing jobs after bad scheduling or bad bids.
You know how production SHOULD run, but leadership won’t let you build it properly.
You’re tired of being the person everyone depends on while having little real authority.
If that hits a nerve, keep reading.
What You’d Own

Why This Role Stands Out
Established 29-year company with strong reputation and steady work
Leadership seat with real influence
High-end projects and professional standards
Relocation package or company-supported housing available

Total compensation potential: $90K–$110K+
This Role Is For Someone Who
Takes ownership naturally

Understands both people and numbers
Has 5+ years in painting, construction, or trades operations

Here’s The Bottom Line
If you want a low-responsibility management title, this isn’t it.
But if you’re the kind of operator who sees problems before they happen, holds high standards, and wants a real voice in how things run — this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
