Assistant Director
We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and highly organized Assistant Director to join our leadership team. In this role, you will work closely with the Center Director to ensure the center provides a safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environment for every child.
The Assistant Director plays an important role in supporting our culture by coaching staff, maintaining strong communication, and helping ensure that our programs reflect the values and standards that define Active Learning Centers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and believes that strong teams create the best experiences for children.
About Active Learning Centers
At Active Learning Centers, we believe children learn best through movement, connection, and meaningful experiences. Our programs are designed to challenge both the mind and body while encouraging confidence, independence, and teamwork.
Our culture is built on leadership, collaboration, and positive relationships. We believe great programs start with great people. Our leaders support staff, celebrate strengths, and help each team member grow in their role. We strive to create an environment where both children and staff feel valued, supported, and inspired every day.
Children love being here—many even say it feels like “camp” all year long. We pride ourselves on knowing each child as an individual and creating engaging activities that promote curiosity, resilience, and respect for differences.
Our team works hard, supports one another, and truly enjoys what we do. We are excited to welcome leaders who share our commitment to creating exceptional experiences for children and families.
