Ereztech is seeking a motivated Chemical Production Technician I to join our specialty chemical manufacturing team. In this role, you'll support chemical packaging, Ultra-High Purity (UHP) cylinder preparation, and production operations while working in a safe, collaborative, and quality-driven environment. What You'll Do
Package, label, weigh, and prepare specialty chemical products for shipment.
Clean, inspect, and prepare Ultra-High Purity (UHP) cylinders and containers.
Perform leak testing and basic inspections of cylinders, valves, and fittings.
Stage raw materials and finished products for production and shipping.
Operate pallet jacks and other approved material handling equipment.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support production activities and travel between our Saukville and Sheboygan Falls facilities as needed.
What We're Looking For
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between company locations.
Ability to obtain DOT certification within 90 days of hire.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, chemical packaging, production, or warehouse operations.
Experience working in ISO, cGMP, or quality-controlled environments.
IATA and/or ICAO Dangerous Goods certification is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to follow detailed written procedures and work instructions.
Ability to safely handle chemicals and hazardous materials.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility to support changing operational priorities.
Basic computer skills, including data entry and electronic documentation
