🚀 What You'll Bring
✔️ 10+ years of software engineering and enterprise platform experience.
✔️ 5+ years in software architecture, technical leadership, or similar strategic roles.
✔️ Proven experience delivering systems from design to production and operational evolution.
✔️ Strong background in cloud-native architectures and distributed high-availability systems.
✔️ Hands-on expertise with at least one major enterprise stack: .NET/C#, Java/Kotlin, Python, or TypeScript/Node.js.
✔️ Experience integrating AI, ML, or Generative AI into business-critical applications.
✔️ Ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
🌟 Nice to Have
✅ Customer Experience, BPO, Contact Center or Omnichannel platforms.
✅ AWS, Azure or Google Cloud certifications.
✅ Kubernetes, Security, DevOps or AI/ML certifications.
✅ Advanced English (B2+/C1).
✅ Portuguese is a plus.
📄 Contract Type: Permanent (Indefinite-Term Contract)
📍 Location: Remote within Colombia
💰 Salary: To Be Agreed / Competitive Salary Based on Experience and Profile.
