Role Description
The Vice President of Products is a full-time remote leadership role responsible for defining and driving the overall product vision and strategy for CryptoCurrency Certifi. This role oversees the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market analysis through development, launch, and ongoing optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring product teams, aligning product roadmaps with company objectives, prioritizing initiatives based on data and customer feedback, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and operations. The Vice President of Products will set clear goals and success metrics, ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, and represent the product organization in executive discussions. This role also involves staying current with cryptocurrency industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes to inform product decisions and maintain a strong market position.
Qualifications
Product Strategy and Product Management skills, including experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and portfolio priorities.
Product Development and Cross-functional Team Leadership skills, with a track record of guiding teams through the full product lifecycle.
Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment, using modern collaboration tools and fostering an inclusive team culture.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills, with comfort presenting to executive leadership and external partners.
