Remote Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue, finding solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues.
Provide detailed product or service information to customers to help them make informed decisions.
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements to processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
A proactive and positive approach to handling customer needs.
Additional Information:
FT, 40 hrs per week
Salary: $7 ($1,120 per month). Note: make sure to select the right hourly rate when applying.
