Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Hyderabad. The Junior Architect will assist in developing concept designs, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and supporting design presentations for clients and internal reviews. Day-to-day tasks include working on CAD drawings and 3D models, coordinating with senior team members on design iterations, and compiling documentation for approvals and project deliverables. The role involves collaborating with consultants, attending site visits and inspections as required, and helping resolve design and detailing issues during execution. The Junior Architect is expected to maintain organized project files, meet timelines, and contribute ideas that enhance design quality and user experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Candidates should possess skills in architectural drafting and detailing using tools such as AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
Candidates should possess skills in 3D visualization and design presentation using software such as SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape.
Candidates should possess skills in basic building design, space planning, and understanding of materials, construction methods, and local building codes.
Candidates should possess skills in project documentation, including drawing set organization, preparation of schedules, and assistance with permit/approval documentation.
Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills for working with design teams, consultants, and site personnel.
Candidates should possess good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Exposure to sustainable design principles, interior architecture, or local Hyderabad projects will be considered an added advantage.
