ServiceNow HAM Pro Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management professional with expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro to manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle operations, asset governance, reconciliation, audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM/HAM modules, compliance management, vendor coordination, and asset lifecycle governance. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Hardware Asset Management (HAM) lifecycle in ServiceNow.
Maintain asset inventory accuracy through reconciliation and audit processes.
Perform asset onboarding, transfer, refresh, retirement, disposal, and recovery activities.
Ensure compliance with asset management policies, controls, and governance frameworks.
Perform periodic asset audits and maintain audit readiness.
Drive process improvements across ITAM and HAM operations.
Coordinate with ServiceNow development teams for HAM enhancements, workflows, and catalog improvements.
Manage vendor engagements for asset procurement, disposal, logistics, and lifecycle management.
Create dashboards, KPI reports, metrics, and executive-level reporting.
Ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence across asset management functions.
Support stakeholders with inventory planning, forecasting, and lifecycle decisions. Mandatory Skills
