Insurance Defense Attorney, Partner Level (7-10+ Years)

We are seeking a skilled Partner level Attorney for our South Carolina office with 7-10+ years of experience in construction defect, bodily injury, and other insurance defense matters.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
Qualifications
Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina (additional state licensure is a plus)
7-10+ years of insurance defense (Required)
Experience in construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other insurance defense matters (Preferred)
