Role Description The Telesales Representative will work in a remote, contract role, engaging potential and existing customers to promote Sutra Interio’s interior design services and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, qualifying leads, explaining service offerings, and scheduling consultations or follow-up appointments. The role involves answering customer inquiries, providing basic product and service information, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM or database. The Telesales Representative will collaborate with the sales and design teams to support ongoing campaigns, meet sales targets, and contribute to a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal articulation and active listening.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build client trust.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to qualify leads, present offerings, and close or progress deals effectively.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn processes quickly and apply coaching or feedback in daily work.
Relevant experience in telesales, call centers, or inside sales roles, preferably in interior design, home improvement, or related industries.
Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and the ability to manage time and productivity independently.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools for call logging and lead management.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or communications is an advantage.
