Role Description The Wedding Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, focused on guiding couples and families through the end-to-end wedding planning journey. This role involves understanding client preferences, budgets, and cultural or thematic requirements, then translating them into tailored wedding concepts and experiences. The Wedding Consultant coordinates with venues, vendors, and creative partners, manages timelines and checklists, and ensures all event details are aligned with the client’s vision. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing proposals, overseeing logistics and schedules, and providing on-site support during pre-wedding and wedding events. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with external partners, supporting multi-industry collaborations where relevant, and contributing to the club’s broader experiential and legacy-focused initiatives and may require a refundable deposit to secure a one year minimum commitment contract.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and client relationship management.
Candidates should possess Wedding Planning skills, including concept development, budgeting coordination, and vendor selection support.
Candidates should possess Event Planning and Event Management skills, such as timeline creation, logistics coordination, and on-site execution.
Relevant experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or experiential tourism is beneficial.
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfort working in a dynamic, collaborative environment and engaging with diverse stakeholders and creative partners.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak wedding seasons as required.
A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
