Account Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Account Executive to join our accounting team in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, practical accounting experience, and good proficiency in MS Excel.
This role will involve working directly with English-speaking international clients, so strong English communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Prepare and review financial reports and accounting schedules.
- Perform bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations.
- Work with accounting software and MS Excel to manage and analyse financial data.
- Communicate professionally with international clients and respond to their accounting-related queries.
- Ensure accounting work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate confidently with English-speaking international clients.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client assignments.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates who have completed CA Articleship but have decided not to continue with the CA course are strongly encouraged to apply.
