Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Set up, configure, and maintain computers and peripherals
Support user account management and access provisioning
Assist with basic network troubleshooting
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Support software installations and updates
Escalate complex technical issues appropriately
Assist with IT-related projects as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role
Working knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and networking basics
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) a plus
Ability to prioritize multiple support requests
