Job Summary
We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and general office tasks. You'll help keep operations organized while working independently in a flexible, remote-friendly role.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and email correspondence
Prepare and organize documents and reports
Support data entry and basic research tasks
Coordinate meetings and communications across time zones as needed
Assist with customer or client inquiries as directed
Maintain organized digital files and records
Support various administrative projects as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
0-2 years of experience in administrative support or virtual assistance
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
