IN_RBIN_Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager_Project Management_NaP/MFC

The purpose of this position is to support Industrialization of Localization projects as per PS Process Landscape at PS in India (PSIN) to achieve excellence in Manufacturing for all products, through SE (Simultaneous Engineering) methodology.
Project Management:
Implement SE-Agile methodology for New projects, administer collaboration with SE(Simultaneous Engineering) team & monitor KPI's w.r.t Resource, Time, Specification, Cost & Budget
Process Management:
Create and maintain Project management documentation as per PS Process Compass.
Plan and execute capital equipment (MAE) acquisition and installation, including pre-acceptance/final acceptance/safe launch & administer handover of project for Series manufacturing along with defined communication matrix
Team Management:
Define RASI of SE team, improve collaboration with IPN
( International Production Network ) & provide Guidance & support in Industrialization phase.
Bachelors degree in engineering (Mech, Industrial Engineering, Automotive or Mechatronics)
PMP Certification (Desirable)
Preferably 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing systems and project coordination
Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in manufacturing process in term of Project coordination,
Change management, Supplier coordination in terms of budget and timing
Strong dedication, interest, and motivation to proactively drive new and improvement topic
