Primary Responsibility
Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, Org. Management, Project Management, Computer Science, or related)
8+ years of hands-on project management experience
Experience managing projects in both waterfall and agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks
Substantial experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint & Project
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 - Teams, Sharepoint, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, and Outlook are a must. Azure is a plus
Proven exceptional analytical and organizational skills, including a proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment
Proven ability to manage key stakeholders while managing competing priorities
Demonstrated solid leadership skills including conflict/issue resolution
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with project resources across multiple departments
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification (highly preferred - candidates without get lowest priority)
Additional agile certifications include, in order of importance:
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Professional Scrum Master (PSM-I)
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO-I)
