Civil Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects, manage site activities, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and deliver projects within the specified timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and experience in construction planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and supervise construction projects, including buildings, roads, and other infrastructure.
Review engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
Monitor daily construction activities and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project managers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and applicable standards.
Estimate project costs, prepare quantity calculations, and monitor material requirements.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget.
Prepare daily progress reports, technical documentation, and project status updates.
Ensure proper utilization of construction materials, equipment, and manpower.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
Knowledge of construction methods, structural principles, and building materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Familiarity with construction drawings, BOQ, estimation, and project scheduling.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage site responsibilities.
