Flexible contract for staff and principal engineers who want to shape how frontier AI models write code. You'll design rubrics for AI-generated code, review model outputs with senior-level judgment, and explain clearly why one solution is better than another. Fits alongside a full-time role.
Pay: up to $90/hr for the most experienced engineers
Hours: 20–40 hrs/week, flexible, about 3 months
Location: remote, US or Canada, 4 hours/day overlap with US Pacific time (evenings ET work)
You have:
- 7+ years of professional software engineering in Python, TypeScript, Go or JavaScript
- Experience reviewing code in large production codebases
- Hands-on experience with preference data, rubric creation, or AI/LLM evaluation (a plus if not)
- An up-to-date LinkedIn profile
