Location: 100% Remote
Position Overview:
We are hiring an entry-level Records Specialist to manage digital filing systems and operational data coordination. This non-voice role focuses on verifying document accuracy, updating electronic databases, and maintaining organized records across internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, organize, and update digital files using standard software tools.
Verify incoming records for completeness and correct system logging.
Maintain data integrity and assist with routine file archiving and tracking.
