Role Description Members of Women4Cyber Switzerland in Agra contribute full time to advancing cybersecurity awareness, education, and community engagement. On a day-to-day basis, members participate in on-site events, workshops, and training sessions, supporting program planning, logistics, and outreach activities. They collaborate with local and international stakeholders, help develop educational materials, and share cybersecurity best practices with diverse audiences. Members also assist in coordinating mentorship initiatives, maintaining documentation, and providing feedback to improve organizational projects and services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra, requiring active participation in community-building and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity, digital safety, or technology-related community work.
Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams and contribute to inclusive, respectful environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with participants, partners, and stakeholders.
Organizational and time-management skills to support events, workshops, and ongoing initiatives.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and participate actively in training and capacity-building activities.
Comfort working on-site in Agra and engaging with local communities and institutions.
Prior experience in volunteer work, non-profit organizations, or community programs is beneficial.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts or a desire to develop skills through continuous learning.
