Role Description The Vice President of Digital Products is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and executing the digital product vision and strategy across XG Telecom B.V.’s portfolio. This role oversees end-to-end product management, from conceptualization and requirements definition to launch, optimization, and lifecycle management of digital solutions that support telecom engineering services. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, prioritizing product roadmaps, aligning product initiatives with business objectives, and using data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve user experience. The Vice President will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, sales, and external partners to ensure that digital products enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer value. This role also includes setting performance metrics, mentoring product teams, managing budgets, and staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in telecom and digital platforms.
Qualifications
Product Strategy and Product Management skills to define vision, build roadmaps, and own the lifecycle of digital products.
Product Development experience, including translating business needs into technical requirements and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Analytical Skills to interpret data, drive evidence-based decisions, and measure product performance against clear KPIs.
Cross-functional Team Leadership capabilities to guide and influence teams across engineering, operations, marketing, and sales.
Proven experience in senior product leadership roles, ideally within telecom, engineering, or B2B technology environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex product concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage distributed teams, and maintain accountability and alignment.
Advanced degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
