Design, configure, implement, and support Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions.
Work with business stakeholders to understand transportation requirements and translate them into appropriate OTM configurations.
Handle Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Supply Chain Visibility, Event Management, and Freight Bill Audit & Payment processes.
Configure OTM modules, including data mapping, integrations, and system-testing requirements.
Develop and maintain workbenches, reports, and process automations.
Use SQL and PL/SQL for OTM customization, integration, troubleshooting, and technical requirements.
Coordinate with external IT partners and carrier IT teams for integrations.
Perform troubleshooting and provide functional/technical production support.
Educate users and stakeholders on OTM functionality and recommended practices.
Participate across requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, SIT and UAT phases. This end-to-end lifecycle expectation is also reflected in an existing.
