Full Stack Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Engineer. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that support Echo Money’s banking and stablecoin payment services. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and integrating front-end interfaces with back-end services, implementing APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring application security and reliability. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. The engineer will also help troubleshoot production issues, contribute to architectural decisions, and support deployment and monitoring workflows in a cloud environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, working effectively across the entire application stack.
Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including API design, integration with databases, and performance optimization.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills and proficiency with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to build responsive, accessible user interfaces.
Candidates should possess experience with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, or similar), and version control tools such as Git.
Candidates should possess knowledge of secure coding practices, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and experience working with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
Experience in fintech, payments, or blockchain-based solutions and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) are beneficial.
