JD:
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in program/project management, operations,
learning operations, or a similar execution-focused role.
 A track record of independently managing programs end to end and driving them
to completion.
 Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally across functions and time zones.
 Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, dashboards) and comfort building reports
and tracking metrics.
 Clear written and verbal communication in English.
 Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to run several programs at
once.
 An ownership mindset. You close things out without needing to be chased.
Nice to have
 Experience in a technical learning, L&D, or technical training environment.
 Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning tools. (Good to have)
 Experience supporting US/EU stakeholders or working in a global operating
model. (Good to have)
What success looks like
 Programs run smoothly and finish on time, with outcomes that are clearly
measured and reported.
 Stakeholders across regions trust you to own delivery without close supervision.
