What We’re Looking For
Someone who goes beyond simply following formulation briefs. You should be curious about why an ingredient works, how it can be formulated effectively, what makes a product different, and whether the final product makes commercial sense.
You will work closely with internal teams, manufacturers, and ingredient suppliers to turn promising ideas into market-ready products.
If you enjoy combining science, formulation research, and consumer innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
