Consultant - Data Centre Project Manager

Assignment Details
Our client, a private software engineering intelligence and analytics company, is looking for a Data Centre Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end build-out of a server room at its Bangalore office.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage multiple contractors across civil, electrical, HVAC/cooling, UPS, fire safety, and security workstreams.
Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and manage dependencies and critical path activities.
Conduct on-site coordination to ensure smooth sequencing of work, adherence to timelines, and quality standards.
Review vendor quotations and scope of work, identify gaps, and resolve site-level issues.
Coordinate equipment installation, integrated commissioning, testing, and final handover to the IT team.
Ensure all project documentation, including test reports, as-built drawings, equipment manuals, and warranty documents, is completed.
Provide regular progress updates, identify potential risks, and escalate blockers proactively.
