Main Accountabilities
1. Anchor Program Management
• Manage assigned anchor relationships and their vendor/dealer ecosystems
• Act as the key point of contact for day-to-day program execution
• Ensure smooth functioning of existing SCF programs
2. Credit Proposal & CAM Preparation
• Prepare Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM) for vendors/dealers
• Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data
• Coordinate with Credit teams for approvals and clarifications
3. Client Onboarding & Documentation
• Facilitate onboarding of vendors/dealers under anchor programs
• Ensure completion of KYC, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with Operations for timely onboarding
4. Disbursement & Transaction Execution
• Ensure smooth transaction processing and disbursements
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve execution-related issues
• Monitor transaction flow within assigned programs
5. Utilization & Portfolio Management
• Drive utilization of sanctioned limits within anchor programs
• Track portfolio performance, transaction volumes, and client activity
• Follow up with clients to improve repeat usage and turnover
6. Client Servicing & Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with vendors, dealers, and anchor representatives
• Address client queries and ensure high service standards
• Act as the first point of resolution for operational issues
7. Cross-functional Coordination
• Work closely with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams
• Ensure faster turnaround time for approvals and disbursements
• Support seamless execution of SCF programs
8. MIS & Reporting
• Track and report on utilization, disbursements, and client activity
• Maintain program-level MIS and provide updates to supervisors
• Highlight issues and gaps proactively
