​MISSION OF THE ROLE
Ayvens is seeking an experienced BALTIC OPERATIONS DIRECTOR to lead operational strategy and execution across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Reporting to the Baltic Managing Director and serving as a member of the Baltic Management Team, you will drive business performance, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, business targets, and sustainable growth across key operational functions. Beyond operational leadership, the Operations Director acts as a key leadership ambassador for Ayvens in Lithuania, strengthening organizational connectivity, representing the Baltic Management Team locally, and fostering engagement, collaboration, and alignment across teams and functions.
​​KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and execute the Operations strategy across the Baltic countries
Lead key functions including Customer Service, Procurement, Technical Operations, and Operational Excellence.
Drive operational efficiency, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Own operational budgeting, cost control, and profitability improvement programs.
Manage strategic supplier, service provider, and partner relationships.
Lead and develop high-performing multicultural teams across multiple locations.
Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
Contribute actively as a member of the Baltic Senior Management Team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Lead business transformation and change initiatives supporting future growth.
​WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in the automotive, fleet management, leasing, mobility, or related industry.
Experience in senior, operations related leadership role.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
Track record of delivering operational excellence and business transformation initiatives.
Leadership through role-modeling behavior, coaching, mentoring, and empowerment rather than hierarchy.
Ability to create a positive, high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and trust.
Strong analytical, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience leading multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Salary range for the position is 7000-8000 EUR before taxes (Lithuanian tax system considered for salary ranges)
