About the Job
We are looking for an experienced AI Quality Assurance Engineer to validate AI/ML systems, model outputs, data quality, API integrations, performance, fairness, and reliability. The candidate will design test strategies, build automation, and work closely with development, data, and AI teams to ensure high-quality, reliable AI solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop test strategies for AI/ML systems, including functional, performance, accuracy, and bias testing.
Prepare test plans, test cases, regression suites, and automation scripts.
Validate model outputs, data quality, API behavior, integrations, and end-to-end workflows.
Test data pipelines and identify issues affecting model quality.
Support fairness and Responsible AI validation.
Track defects and investigate production performance degradation or accuracy drift.
Collaborate with development, data, and AI teams to resolve issues.
Document test results, defects, risks, and quality metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
4-6 years of relevant QA or test automation experience.
Strong Python and SQL skills.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and API testing.
Experience validating data-driven applications, AI/ML systems, or model outputs.
Good understanding of functional, regression, and performance testing.
Strong defect tracking and test documentation skills.
Tools & Technologies
Pytest, Selenium, TestNG, and/or Cypress
Jira and TestRail
Postman
Jenkins and CI/CD workflows
REST and GraphQL APIs
ETL/data pipeline validation
Load/stress testing and cloud/security testing
Model evaluation, fairness, accuracy, and data-quality validation
