We’re Hiring: Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Studio Specialist
Location: Sydney, Australia
Experience: 7–10 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Studio Specialist to support enterprise Power Platform environments, manage AI-powered solutions, and ensure quality, governance, security, and reliable deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform administration and environment management.
Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Copilot Studio agents.
Understanding of AI agents, Generative AI, and enterprise AI concepts.
Experience supporting Power Platform environments across Development, Test, and Production.
Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), solution deployment, and release management.
Experience troubleshooting Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions.
Understanding of functional and non-functional testing and quality assurance activities.
Knowledge of enterprise governance, security, access management, and permissions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to collaborate with developers, architects, business stakeholders, security teams, and platform administrators.
Good to Have
Experience with Power Platform Pipelines and automated deployment processes.
Knowledge of Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse.
Experience supporting enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI practices.
Experience establishing operational support models for AI solutions.
Knowledge of FinOps and cloud/AI consumption management.
Experience creating monitoring dashboards, reports, and usage analytics for platforms and AI agents.
