The team constantly ships new supply chain features that are scalable, reduce cost, and enhance customer experience. As a team, every individual is expected to make a significant, measurable impact on the business.
About The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who will own the product charter for our Warehouse Operations end to end, along with the SAP ERP flows that run through it. You will work at the intersection of product, operations, and finance systems, turning the needs of warehouse and business stakeholders into reliable, well-built features. This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of the roadmap, its business impact, and its escalations. You will work closely with backend engineering, the SAP team, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver it.
Key Responsibilities
WMS Product Ownership
Own the product roadmap for operations and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) workflows used by warehouse teams, prioritised by business impact.
Translate operational problems into clear Product Requirement Documents, use cases, and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA.
Own product work on inward, outward, cross dock, throughput, audits, inventory, driving each from problem identification to closure.
Partner with backend engineering to design, build, and roll out new features, and drive adoption with operations teams.
Identify workflow gaps and inefficiencies on the ground, then define structured improvements that scale.
Act as the single owner for the WMS charter, including cross-functional escalations and stakeholder communication.
ERP Systems (SAP)
Own the integration and data consistency between the WMS and SAP for sales, inventory, stock movement, and reconciliation flows.
Work with the SAP team, engineering, finance, and operations to debug system-level discrepancies and drive root causes to closure.
Define, validate, and track the impact of SAP-related product changes on the WMS and on financial accuracy.
Ensure SAP stays the reliable financial record for WMS inventory and movements.
Business Impact and Execution
Define success metrics for every initiative and track their impact after launch.
Use data to monitor warehouse health, surface insights, and drive data-informed product decisions.
Run regular reviews with engineering and business teams to keep delivery on track and priorities clear.
Must-Have Skills And Requirements
3 to 6 years of experience in a product management role.
BE / B.Tech from a reputed institute. MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong product fundamentals, including the ability to write clear PRDs and use cases, prioritise by impact, and ship in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Some exposure to WMS, DC operations, or SAP, with the ability to quickly learn how inventory and sales data flow across systems.
Solid data analysis fundamentals and the ability to understand discrepancies across systems.
Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills across product, engineering, operations, and finance teams.
High ownership mindset with the ability to drive a problem from identification to resolution.
Good-to-Have Skills
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems and distribution center operations such as inbound, storage, and outbound flows.
Experience with SAP or a similar enterprise ERP.
Working knowledge of SQL and comfort querying datasets in a cloud warehouse such as BigQuery.
Hands-on experience with BI or data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.
Exposure to inventory management, e-commerce fulfilment, or quick-commerce operations.
What You Will Gain
End-to-end ownership of a business-critical WMS charter, from roadmap to impact.
A role at the intersection of product, supply chain, and technology, with real influence on the roadmap.
Deep exposure to SAP and ERP integration across a high-volume e-commerce supply chain.
A clear growth path toward Senior Product Manager.
