We are seeking a Senior OutSystems Developer to lead the design and development of scalable OutSystems applications supporting loan and reconciliation workflows. The role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and collaboration across the full software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do:
Lead the design and development of OutSystems applications aligned with business objectives.
Translate complex business requirements into secure and scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Design data models, APIs, and integrations with financial and external systems.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, quality controls, and development best practices.
Mentor developers and provide guidance on implementation approaches and problem resolution.
Drive performance optimization, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Between 8 to 12 Years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in OutSystems.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.
Experience designing data models, APIs, and integrations.
Ability to conduct code reviews and enforce secure coding and development standards.
Strong debugging, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis skills.
Experience integrating with financial systems is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to mentor developers, manage priorities, and meet delivery timelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
