We are seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, LangGraph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions that leverage modern LLM technologies and intelligent agent frameworks.

What You'll Do:
Design and develop enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge repositories and vector databases.
Develop Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems using LangChain and LangGraph.
Engineer, evaluate, and optimize prompts for LLM-based applications.
Integrate Large Language Models such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other enterprise AI platforms.
Develop scalable backend services and APIs using FastAPI.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Develop responsive and interactive front-end applications using React.js.
Implement semantic search, document intelligence, and knowledge retrieval solutions.
Design and manage vector database integrations for AI-powered applications.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Perform model evaluation, response validation, guardrail implementation, and quality monitoring.
Optimize AI application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design reviews.
Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancement of AI solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing assets.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5-9 years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience designing and building Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
Strong experience with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.
Proven expertise building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and prompt optimization techniques.
Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar).
Strong knowledge of Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
Experience developing scalable APIs and microservices using FastAPI.
Strong front-end development experience using React.js.
Knowledge of REST API development and integration best practices.
Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with semantic search and embedding-based retrieval systems.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.
Experience using Git and Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
