Role Description The Real Estate HR Professional will work full time on-site in Uttar Pradesh, India, supporting HR activities for real estate-focused roles and teams. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand real estate and property-related requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating interviews and selection processes. Daily responsibilities include managing employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, responding to employee inquiries, and supporting performance management and basic HR policies. The role also includes partnering with operations and sales leaders to ensure staffing needs are met, facilitating training and development initiatives, and contributing to a positive, compliant workplace culture.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, with the ability to assess candidate experience in these areas.
