ERP Implementation Engineer

Role Description
The ERP Implementation Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for end-to-end implementation of ERP solutions for clients in diverse industries. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring ERP modules, performing system integrations, and supporting data migration and testing efforts. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, solution architects, and client stakeholders to design workflows, optimize processes, and ensure successful go-live and post-implementation stabilization. The ERP Implementation Engineer will provide technical support during implementation, troubleshoot issues, document configurations, and deliver user training and handover materials. This role requires regular interaction with customers to ensure a smooth rollout, high system adoption, and alignment with operational and business goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Software Implementation skills, including ERP configuration, integration, and deployment.
Candidates should possess Project Implementation and Project Management skills to plan, track, and deliver ERP projects within scope and timelines.
Candidates should possess Technical Support skills to diagnose system issues, apply fixes, and coordinate with engineering teams when needed.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with stakeholders, manage expectations, and support users through change.
Relevant experience with ERP platforms and understanding of business processes in retail, manufacturing, logistics, education or distribution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and quality in documentation and testing.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced implementation environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
